Sending him a draft of the lease for Francis Carpenter with some changes; discussing the terms of the lease; noting that "we are now god be thanked like to have peace again and then tade will again flourish, and with the flourishing of trade rents will rise again" [sic]; hoping he has received all the "Lady day rents" and asking Lyde to send him the accounts for his estate.
